Neil has worked with Wales Golf since 2007.  He is the current Mens and Boys National Coach and frequently travels with Teams to all Major events. He represented Great Britain & Ireland and Wales at every level before turning professional in 2000. 

Since then, Neil has switched his focus to coaching where he has worked with all levels of golfers from beginner to Tournament professionals.

In 2007, whilst working with the PGA and GDW as a Swing Tutor, he was awarded the Golf Foundation and the Golf Development Wales PGA professional of the year for his work developing and encouraging golfers at the grass roots level.

Neil prides himself on being at the cutting edge of Golf coaching and is fortunate to work with numerous International amateurs, as well as Regional and European Tour Professionals. 

Neil now spends most of his time in his state of the art studio at The Parc Golf Club in South Wales where he regularly works with players like:- 

Phillip Price, Bradley Dredge, Stuart Manley, Rhys Davies, Rhys Enoch, Ben Evans, David Boote & Jack Davidson.
